You hire Daniel Montero for the direction and the list. Design and creative direction is $300 an hour. Furnishings are a separate bill. The sofa and the rug come from the makers, on the makers' invoices. Daniel sends a written fee limit before the work starts.
Edge Design Works is his studio, and Gilded Edge Group LLC is the parent. Daniel works from a New York base and takes select US luxury markets by inquiry. Remote work is the default, and he quotes a site visit on its own. The New York page states the service area. The about page introduces him.
Write design@gildedge.com with the room type, the location, the project stage, the desired scope, and your timeline. That timeline is a constraint of your project. Daniel does not treat it as a finish date.
A room schedule
A room schedule is the named list for one room. Daniel names the pieces that furnish the room. He leaves the walls, the floors, and the built-in millwork off that list. Architect and contractor budgets use the label FF&E, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Daniel calls his list a room schedule.
A journal story starts from an empty room, or from an earlier study he discloses. The finished image is his design direction. He names what the frame shows. On a private project he keeps that order. Direction comes before the named list for your rooms.
He places the list with the photograph on a journal page, so you can match a line to the frame. On a private project you can hand the list to a maker, or to the person who shares the house. You can keep it with your notes. You and a partner can read the same lines. One person may track the oak. The other may track the fitting. Daniel names the maker when he knows it.
The list names
He names furniture, lighting, art, textiles, and fittings. He names the smaller objects when they belong in the room. In the journal, a schedule includes wallcoverings, bedding, rugs, bath fittings, towels, robes, candles, soaps, and accessories when those items are in the frame.
Daniel gives a known product its official maker. He labels a custom or conceptual piece as a Daniel Montero design selection. On a measured story he states dimensions, placement, and fit.
Open The Park Bath. Under the photograph, the schedule names oak, stone, and the fittings in that Upper East Side bath. The Limestone Ritual is a sourcing-forward bath in limestone, oak, and brass. Journal stories show the method. Client work applies it to your rooms. The Design Journal holds the other public rooms.
The design fee and the furniture bill
Design time covers the concept, the spatial edit, the specification, and the sourcing guidance on the services page. A single room can be a bath, a primary suite, a salon, a kitchen, or a dressing room. Whole-home direction connects palette and proportion from room to room. The room schedule is the list for a room that needs one. He writes the schedule for that room. Daniel sends a written fee limit, in a proposal, before work. There is no package grid. Gilded Edge Group LLC issues the invoices for the design work.
You buy the chairs, the lights, the rugs, and the art from the makers. You can show the fee limit to whoever shares the decision. The makers send their own invoices. The engagement page is the fee page.
A long-lead piece can outlast the drawings. The outside clocks are on What sets the pace in New York.
You confirm this with the maker
You see a product in the journal picture, and again on a line of the schedule. Daniel does not treat that line as proof of stock, finish, price, or image rights. You, or the maker, confirm those points before anyone buys. Edge Design Works does not claim a maker endorsement.
Limits of the schedule
The schedule is a specification you can hand to a maker. You do not check out of a shop through it. It is not a construction set, a permit drawing, or a contractor's bid.
Whether the studio assists with purchasing is agreed in the proposal.
The process page is the sequence after you write. The engagement page is the fee. You can preview the workspace in public. Consulting stays private. The FAQ holds shorter answers.

Questions
What is a room schedule?
A room schedule from Edge Design Works names the furniture, lighting, art, textiles, fittings, and objects that belong in the room, with a maker named when one is known. Daniel Montero writes the list. You can read it against the room. It is a specification, not a checkout and not a permit set.
